Regnum Hotels olarak, web sitemiz ve dijital platformlarımız aracılığıyla sunulan hizmetlerde kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek, hizmetlerimizi kişiselleştirmek ve web sitesi performansını analiz etmek amacıyla çerezlerden (cookies) yararlanmaktayız. Bu politika, çerezlerin hangi amaçlarla kullanıldığı, türleri, yasal dayanakları ve kullanıcının hakları konusunda sizi bilgilendirmeyi amaçlar.
1.Çerez Nedir?
Çerezler, ziyaret ettiğiniz web siteleri tarafından cihazınıza (bilgisayar, tablet, telefon) yerleştirilen; IP adresi, oturum bilgisi ve tercihlerinizi içeren küçük metin dosyalarıdır. 2. Kullanılan Çerez Türleri
2.1. Zorunlu Çerezler
Bu çerezler, web sitemizin doğru çalışması için zorunludur ve sistemlerimiz tarafından kapatılamaz. Oturum açma, gizlilik tercihlerinin ayarlanması veya formların doldurulması gibi işlevler bu çerezler aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilir. Kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgi içermez.

Regnum Hotels web sitelerinde Google, Microsoft, Vimeo gibi üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılar tarafından yerleştirilen çerezler kullanılabilir. Bu çerezlerle ilgili bilgileri, hizmet sağlayıcıların gizlilik sayfalarından alabilirsiniz.
6.Hukuki Dayanak ve Açık Rıza
Zorunlu çerezler dışındaki tüm çerezler, yalnızca kullanıcının açık rızası alınarak işlenmektedir. Açık rıza, kullanıcı tarafından her zaman geri çekilebilir.
7.Mobil Uygulama ve Platformlar Arası Çerez Kullanımı
Regnum Hotels olarak, yalnızca web sitemiz üzerinden değil; mobil uygulamalarımız, mobil tarayıcılar, tablet cihazlar, akıllı televizyonlar ve diğer taşınabilir platformlar üzerinden sunulan dijital hizmetlerde de çerez benzeri teknolojiler kullanabilmekteyiz.
Bu kapsamda kullanılan izleme teknolojileri şunları içerebilir:
Mobil SDK’lar: Mobil uygulama içerisindeki kullanıcı hareketlerini analiz etmek, uygulama içi deneyimi iyileştirmek ve hataları tespit edebilmek için geliştirme kitleri (SDK’lar) kullanılabilir.
WebView Çerezleri: Mobil uygulama içinde açılan web sayfalarında (örneğin rezervasyon ya da kampanya ekranları) web çerezleri devreye girebilir.
Üçüncü Taraf Entegrasyonları: WhatsApp, canlı destek botları, push bildirim servisleri gibi entegre araçlar, kullanıcı deneyimini kişiselleştirmek amacıyla çerez benzeri teknolojiler (ör. local storage, device ID) kullanabilir.
Bu izleme teknolojileri ile toplanan veriler, yalnızca açık rızanıza bağlı olarak işlenmekte; platformlar arası geçişlerde (ör. web → mobil uygulama) size tutarlı bir deneyim sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Kullandığınız cihaz ve platforma özel olarak, bu verileri yönetmek için ilgili cihaz veya uygulama ayarları üzerinden tercihlerinizi güncelleyebilirsiniz.
8.Veri Paylaşımı
Pazarlama ve analitik çerezleri kapsamında işlenen veriler, yalnızca ilgili hizmet sağlayıcı firmalarla ve açık rıza durumunda paylaşılabilir. Hiçbir şekilde bu veriler, yasal dayanak veya onay olmaksızın üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
9.Veri Sahibi Hakları
Kullanıcılar, KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15-22 kapsamında çerez verilerine ilişkin aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:

Bu politika, yasal mevzuat veya hizmet kapsamındaki değişikliklere göre güncellenebilir. En güncel versiyon, dursuncim.lol adresinde yayınlanacaktır.
